The sigil lit up.
It worked! Alastor did not actually expect it this time too. It had been many futile attempts, and this newest copy of the summoning guide he managed to acquire after great lengths was damaged. There had been a few diagrams and sentences he had to fill in with some logical guesswork of his own. Now, according to the book, he should start hearing a voice emitting from the radio--

Summary
Lucifer is summoned to the moral realm by none other than the Radio Demon himself—or rather, his past human self. Turns out young Alastor has pulled Lucifer back in time and it’s not for any of the reasons Lucifer would have guessed.
Over years for human Alastor, but only weeks for Lucifer, their relationship develops and Lucifer’s feelings for the mortal, past and present, change and grow stronger. But when Lucifer is back in his own time, the Radio Demon certainly isn’t acting like they have a history. Or maybe he is, and Lucifer is just in too deep to see it.
[Or…]
Lucifer is repeatedly summoned back in time by Alastor’s younger, human self, and it changes things for the Devil and Radio Demon.

Summary
Vox is given a second chance, an opportunity to prove that there is good within him. Sent back to the living world in the 1920s, Vox has to navigate the human world while still possessing his memories of his time in hell. Naturaly, Vox decides this is the perfect opportunity to find Alastor in the living world and use what he learned in death to manipulate a deal between them.
Alastor is sick of this insufferable fool who showed up and started blackmailing him. How does he know about Alastor's crimes? Why does he seem to know so much about Alastor?! Why can't Alastor seem to kill him?!
Vox insists that he can get Alastor a radio show of his very own, and since he's blackmailing Alastor with the knowledge of the crimes he committed in life Alastor has no choice but to go along with his claims.
___
Or: Vox successfully blows himself up and is somehow rewarded with a second chance, which he immediately decides to use to fuck with Alastor in the living world during the 1920s. Hijinks ensue. -
