Summary
Persephone has found herself infatuated with the gravelly voice of a man she has never seen. Her mother, Demeter, insists on keeping her away from all men, but Persephone is persistent. When she meets the man with the gravelly voice, she wastes no time in making her wishes known to one demure Hades, going so far as to steal him away, back to his own realm, where she makes herself comfortable in his home.
But happiness cannot last forever, and Persephone has to make the choice to either remain in Hades, and with Hades, dooming all mortals, or to make a sacrifice that would divide her time between her mother and the man she wishes to claim as her husband.
