Summary
In September of 1994, Barty Crouch Sr. dies suddenly at work, and as a result evidence is uncovered that calls both Sirius Black and Bellatrix Black Lestrange's convictions into question. The still-living Pollux and Arcturus Black rapidly convince the Wizengamot to vacate both - but with Sirius exonerated and Bellatrix newly freed from Azkaban but out of contact with Voldemort, their only point of agreement is that the older Blacks can't be trusted.
