He introduced himself as a captain of the Hyrulean army. There had been no captain with such a name in the army for hundreds of years. Orville had a suspicion about who this mysterious man was.
But why did a fairytale suddenly become flesh when there was no hope left for this kingdom—when his people’s, when his prayers had gone unanswered for years? Orville wanted to scream. Instead, he asked,
“Captain Link, could you tell me what a hero is made of?”
The man pretended to think, his sapphire eyes sparkling with mischievous mirth, before saying, “say, Commander, would you kindly go fetch my little brothers for me? They’ve scattered all over Hyrule. Just follow the trails of mayhem.”

Don’t forget to finish, this narration style is so awesome it’s like reading a children’s book with occasional swearing and not for children. It’s got that comfy feeling and I have to think more when I read it. I will die and never forgive myself if I don’t finish this wonderful story that captures siblings so well.

“I need to try this on a broken bone,” Hyrule says, near breathlessly. “Whenever I heal my own bones they come out kinda wonky.”
"They what,” Warriors says, smile turning strained. Hyrule takes one of the man’s hands and presses it to his tunic, feeling the slightly misshapen ribs underneath that Hyrule hadn’t really known how to fix. He’d figured out the concept of setting bones pretty early on - through messy trial and error - but ribs were confusing in that regard. “Ooh, Nayru.”
“It’s a miracle that you’re alive,” Twilight informs him.
“Thank you,” Hyrule chirps.
Fairy magic isn’t meant to be used by Hylians, even if Hyrule’s somehow gotten the grasp of it. He’s also become the Chain’s healer and is unhappy about it. Warriors steps in to help.

Summary
Once, Hyrule was the only person he knew named Link. He was the only person who had held the triforce, the only person who had to run from the forces of evil, to defeat an enemy too great when he was too young, too small, too alone. Once, he cast a desperate bit of arcane magic and thrust himself and eight strangers on a quest.
Now, Legend smiles more, and Twilight's shadows are a little lighter. Now Wind laughs as loud as a storm with Sky's smile as soft as the following calm.
Someday soon, Wild will stand in a land of darkness, fighting an enemy all too easy to laugh off, though the darkness doesn't laugh. The shadows themselves will plot and scheme. Soon Wars' own darkness with reach out for him. It isn't long until Four is haunted by his own shadow. Maybe, if they had enough warning there would be something that could be done.
The problem with Time is that he knows the cost of meddling. Then, now, and then again, he was, is, and will be unable to warn them all properly. That's the issue with time travel. For those outside of the stream, the course of it can't be seen, can't be planned for. By the time you realize it's happened, it's already too late.
