Summary
This is Harry Potter retold by Hermione and Draco, where they share a soul bond. Starts in first year, and the plan is to stick to cannon as much as possible but without being overly repetitive of the original story. I love the books and the films equally so my version of Canon will loosely follow both as I will pick the elements out of each.
Essentially, this is a slow burn, at least for physical/intermit action between the two as they are kids after all. However, I am hoping to incorporate a lot of communication dialogue between the two.
POV will be from both Hermione and Draco, the plan is to split the POV chapter by chapter to show both characters interpretation of the events as they play out whilst moving the story forward.
In the story we have;
soulmates, bonds, fate marks, a canon storyline, house rivalries, mutual piningHermione from money, Neville isn’t on the side lines - he’s a good friend, Harry is Harry - best friend obviously… No Ron bashing but he is meh? Ok, so maybe he’s a little bit bashed, McGonagall is a mother figure.
Draco playing a role, Theo and Pansy are ride or die, dramatic Theo, sarcastic Pansy, Draco loves making up nicknames, Snape’s a good godfather.

Summary
When magic and muggle worlds collide, destiny and love intertwine. Discover the fate awaiting Draco and Hermione.
“Excuse me,” a boy’s voice called out.
Hermione turned around to see a boy with striking bluish-grey eyes staring at her intently. There was something unusual about his expression that made her uneasy.
“Yes?” she replied in a small voice.
“Um, I like your owl. Can you tell me where you got it?” the boy asked, his gaze fixed on the snowy owl perched on her shoulder.
“I—um, sure. It’s from my grandma’s pet shop, right here,” Hermione said, pointing to the shop.
The boy glanced at the shop, noticing it was closed. His expression grew even stranger.
“But the shop is closed,” he said, looking uncomfortable.
“Uh, yeah. My grandma closed early today, but you can come back tomorrow when it’s open,” Hermione replied, feeling a knot of tension in her stomach.
Just as she finished speaking, Grandma stepped outside, and Hermione turned to her.
“Grandma, there’s a boy here who wants to buy the owls,” Hermione said, turning back to point him out.
