Prendre la décision de créer une nouvelle vie n’a jamais été aussi bénéfique ! Ebott City est un endroit calme et paisible, où les monstres et humains vivent en harmonie. J’ai trouvé un travail qui me plait et je viens de faire la connaissance des frères squelettes, grâce à une amie commune. Ce sont des amours et je sens qu’une réelle amitié peut fleurir entre nous.
Tout va pour le mieux, peut-être même un peu trop.
Donc pourquoi… Pourquoi je devais tomber amoureuse d’un petit squelette, devenu mon meilleur ami et qui, de surcroît, n’aime ni les humains, ni les femmes ?

“AHHH!” Judy screamed as she turned the corner of her door and entered the living room. To her surprise, Nick was no longer locked away in his room. He sat on the couch, reclining carelessly in front of the TV, which he hadn’t bothered to prop onto the stand that Judy had purchased. But that was besides the point because Nick was naked! Or— more accurately, practically naked. He wore nothing but checkered boxers and a pair of fuzzy slippers.
“What are you doing?” Judy yelled, covering her eyes with her left paw.
“Um… watching TV…” Judy couldn’t see Nick’s face, but he sounded confused.
“I can see that,” she grimaced, “but why are you naked?” She peeked out from between the spaces in her paw.
Nick looked down at his boxer-clad body. “I’m not naked, I’m wearing my pajamas.”
“Gah!” Judy huffed in frustration. “You can’t just hang out in our shared spaces only wearing underwear! How would you feel if I did that.” She immediately blushed, realizing the image that she had just put in Nick’s head.

Meanwhile Judy takes on a high-profile rehabilitation case that may involve a certain lynx. Nick spirals between jealousy, self-doubt, and the confusing hope that maybe their friendship could become something more.
Slow burn with facing differences and making mistakes. Mistakes that may be too much for the partnership to bear.TLDR I wanted to make a Judy, Nick and Pawbert love triangle, and it turned out to be a lot more work than I thought, so enjoy.

A gentle caress to her bruised cheek startled Wendy awake and she instinctively drew back. It took a moment for her eyes to adjust to the light from the setting sun pouring through the now-open window, and when they did, she thought she might faint. "I'm dreaming!" she exclaimed.
"No," a familiar voice replied. "You're Wendy. I'm sure of that now. I wasn't before."
