Eddie flopped dramatically halfway out of the bed to fish out the lube from the disaster piles of laundry and random stuff he'd left on his floor. "I have a system," he'd airily told Steve once, after Steve'd accidentally kicked over a jar of small change, guitar picks, and thumb tacks that'd been lurking under a pair of boxers. Steve wasn't a neat freak or anything, but he didn't leave landmines hidden under his dirty laundry either.
Hanging off the bed gave Steve a perfect view of his ass, though, which was why he was distracted when Eddie said, "Oh, hey, nat twenty!"

Summary
Eddie’s face goes soft and sweet, eyes all gooey like melted chocolate and it makes Steve’s heart flutter in his chest.
He smiles fondly, narrowly resisting the urge to kiss him, and lets his own chilly fingers slip underneath Eddie’s jacket instead, pressing his palm flat over warm skin.
Eddie hums a noise of discontent, muscles tensing beneath Steve’s touch and Steve doesn’t get why, not at first, because Eddie is touchy.
He doesn’t get it, not until he notices eyes on them, heavy and suspicious, and his heartbeat rockets up, pounding against his ribs like it’s trying to break free.
“WEDGIE!” Steve shouts, panicked, and fists his fingers in the waistband of Eddie’s boxers before yanking.

Or, 3 times Steve gets touchy with his boyfriend in public and has to cover for it, and 1 time he doesn’t.

Summary
Sure, they've saved the world, but the best part of that really is that it doesn't end there and in a town where everyone thinks he murdered a girl, he's at least got Steve Harrington and Robin Buckley. It's really not his fault he accidentally starts living at Steve's house, he was invited, after all. There's a mystery too, about Barbara Holland and Steve's pool.
“Your boner is digging into me,” says Robin, and Steve snorts a tired sort of laugh.
“I don’t have a —”
“You do, I can feel it. Gross.”
“Okay, but it’s only a little one,” he says in a small voice which sounds like he’s impersonating someone.
“Are you ever going to let that go? I peed a little bit when the Russians got the torture devices out, okay?” She sounds amused, though.
Eddie jolts. “Russian torture devices?”
Robin carries on like she didn’t hear him but Steve catches his eye and he’s grinning. “How do you even have a boner dude? You were definitely having a nightmare I know your twitching means a nightmare… Did you have a boner over Vecna?”

Summary
“You okay?” he murmurs, his voice so low and soft that it would be inaudible were Buck not pressed entirely against him.
Buck lets out a breath. It trembles slightly with pain, and Eddie feels it reflected in his own chest. Against the pillow that they’re sharing, the scent of Buck’s curls in his nose, Eddie feels Buck give a tense shake of his head.
