John's head is aching. Trying really hard to stay calm he hisses, “Neither does he!”
“Yeah, but I don’t have any driver’s licenses,” says Billy over his shoulder. “So I got nothing to lose here.”
Wally snaps his fingers at him. “Eyes on the road, kiddo.”
In which a Justice League mission goes off the rails, John has a concussion and is very tired, Wally makes some questionable decisions, and Billy has everything under control.

Jason Todd's plans for revenge against Batman and more get derailed by a coincidental distraction barreling into him, both literally and metaphorically. The distraction, named Bart, is incredibly pleased about this.
