Summary
He may only be in UA’s general studies course right now, but he doesn't plan on staying that way, so instead he's planning to keep his head low and keep working.
So he doesn't particularly care when he and the rest of the kids are forced into a room to introduce the newest fucked up member of their “family”.
Instead, leaning on the wall in the back of the crowd, watching as his foster mother, of which he can't even remember the name of, introduces the small kid. Maybe four-ish, as he curls in on himself at the attention of everyone in the hall, green, fluffy hair and wide eyes. Shouta Doesn't get what made this kid be sent here, he seems nice enough. Anxious, but not mean or the type to act out. Shy, cute little kids are the type for other foster families to grab up before the kid gets here.
“Oh and kids, do make sure to be careful with Midoriya, he's quirkless.” she chirps, and the rest of the kids immediately burst into laughter. As Midoriya shrinks back even further, scared.

Summary
This year, UA is experimenting with a new Young Villain and Criminal Reformation Program. "Get the fuck out of my house, half and half." Katsuki scoffed. "You're not taking my nanny."

Harry had been numb to the world in the weeks that followed the Battle of Hogwarts. While food turned to ash in his mouth, alcohol washed it down all too easily.
And then he had followed Draco Malfoy up to his room at the Leaky Cauldron, and for a night, he found himself remembering what it was to feel again. He had expected that to be it.
