Summary
When Yuji was a little kid he got lost at a festival. It’s funny, looking back. He saw someone selling candy and he wanted some so bad that he just snatched his hand out of his grandpa’s and went sprinting off through the crowd! When he finally stopped to look back, he realised had no idea where he was.
Everything after that is foggy, but somebody probably found him and guided him back or something, because he’s still alive today, safe and sound.

Summary
Yuji remembers his crazy past life as a sorcerer, fighting curses and struggling to stay alive. Now there’s no such thing as sorcery and he’s just a normal kid at school. The biggest thing he has to worry about is this upcoming English exam. It’s the best ending he could’ve asked for!
For some reason he (maybe stupidly) assumes that nobody else remembers, and everyone else (maybe even more stupidly) assumes that he’s the only one that doesn’t.
