He pressed himself further back into the corner, a snarl coming to his lips. The eye creatures never reacted to his shouting, but they did hesitate when he growled. But when the lanky aliens came around the corner, they didn't so much as look at him. Instead, they were focused on what looked like a stretcher, the kind that ambulances used back on Earth.
Sitting atop it, perfectly still, was another human.
Scar felt his heart stop in his chest. It was impossible. There was no way there was another human on the ship. It had to be a trick of some kind, a robot made to look human, or a statue, or something. This was some sort of experiment, a test to see how he would react to seeing something that looked like his own species.
But they looked so lifelike.

“You want to try saying that again?”
It wasn’t aggressive but it was just enough to remind Dream that the man in front of him was still an infamous villain built like a tank.
Dream opened his mouth but nothing came out.
Technoblade waited.
“Go on,” the villain said. “Tell me I can’t stay.”
Dream stared at him.
Then he grumbled, “You can stay.”
Technoblade nodded, satisfied. “Good choice.”

Dream runs a quiet plant shop in the middle of a city constantly wrecked by heroes and villains. His only power is a strange "system" that gives him the most random information about the world around him.
It's mostly useless.
Until one morning when it informs him that a dying supervillain is bleeding out on his shop floor.
Instead of turning away, Dream saved one of the most dangerous villains in the city... But that same villain didn't want to leave just yet.
All Dream wanted was to sell plants.
Now he's harboring the most dangerous villain.
Can it get any worse? Most likely it will.

While traveling through America alone for the first time, George ends up stranded in Florida when his housing plan fell through. After scouring the internet for a short-term room to rent, he lands on quite possibly the weirdest posting he's ever seen--alpha seeking beta for non-sexual hook up. Given his tight budget and the shortest available rentals being month-to-month, George makes the questionable decision to respond to the ad.
