Summary
“You’re my dog. You like being owned.” Is Dazai’s retort. Inherently, it’s a weak response, but the way he says it is far too self-assured. Chuuya growls as strange emotions he does not want to understand seem to congregate in his throat. He wants to vehemently deny it. Say that he dislikes it, this game of Dazai’s jealousy and scorn and Chuuya’s ridicule. Chuuya cannot find the words to express that.
“Yeah, well, you don’t own me, creep. That’s not how this works.” Chuuya responds, his eyes narrowing down on Dazai. “So this really is just all about your weird…” Chuuya waves his hand dismissively, “issues? Why do you bother to come to me about it? You know I’m just gonna mock you.” Chuuya looks up at Dazai as he leans closer. “You like that? Getting all mad about something stupid and then hearing me disprove it in the most degrading way possible?”
or; Dazai gets jealous and visits Chuuya in his office to be a dickhead. Chuuya reacts accordingly.

Summary
The simple problem is that people like Chuuya, who are perfect and normal, don’t need Dazai’s selfish desire to come crashing into their lives and destroy them. Dazai knows he will do this to Chuuya. He doesn’t want to. It’s inevitable, though. Dazai will ultimately mar Chuuya’s perfection.
But Dazai wants this happiness he does not deserve so terribly. He yearns for it. At times like these where the night is quiet and dark and warm with Chuuya’s body at his side, it feels as if he might be torn in two with the sheer volume of his hunger for what he will never have.

Depressed and exhausted master's student Dazai finds Chuuya on Twitter and falls in love with him. Also, poetry.
