“Can you play any instrument?” Wonwoo asked, his voice echoing softly through the empty studio. The dim lighting seemed to conspire to make the moment more intimate, more intense. He was leaning against the piano, his long fingers gliding absently over the keys without pressing them, as if it were a casual joke.
“I don’t know.” The answer came out softly, almost like a whisper. Mingyu hated himself instantly for sounding so nervous, so small. He was sure Wonwoo hadn’t heard.
But he had. Wonwoo tilted his head slightly, a smile playing on his lips. He seemed charmed by Mingyu’s shyness, as if it were something precious.
