Charley escapes from Jerry in the basement. Life goes on. The only problem, is that many months later him and his mom move back to Vegas and they find out their ex-neighbor is still alive...as much as he can be. Now Charley has to learn to live with Jerry, as he decided Charley deserved to live since he did the unthinkable and actually escaped from Jerry.
