Eddie grinned.
"-and I was going to ask if you'd be willing to spend your first proper day of freedom with me - and I was gonna drive you as far out of Hawkins as we could get, just chase the sun out west and watch night fall. See the stars." Steve pressed a kiss to the side of Eddie's mouth. "But then...I got home. I got home and you weren't there. And I've gotten so used to you being in my house...it felt wrong Eds." He smiled up at Eddie, running his thumb along the contours of his jaw. "It's too quiet in there without you singing in my kitchen. And I couldn't sleep without the promise that I was gonna see you tomorrow - so now I'm here, running over your uncle's tulips."
Eddie laughed breathily. " 'S okay, I always end up killing them somehow anyway." Eddie intertwined their hands, squeezing Steve's hand gently. "Are you asking me out on a date, Steve Harrington?"
"I-" Steve raised their joined hands and kissed the back of Eddie's palm. "-am asking you out on a date, Eddie Munson."

Lucifer has to say, Angel Dust's prideful offence at Alastor's lack of interest in him is amusing... or it would be, if the spider didn't insist on making it his problem.
Sure, he could tempt Alastor into his bed easily enough! But his heart has a bad habit of growing attached, and does he really want to risk falling in love with The Radio Demon, of all people?! Over a dumb bet with Hazbin Hotel's resident Porn Star?

Summary
Shortly after the battle against Adam, Lucifer discovers the deal Charlie made with Alastor. He confronts Alastor, but Alastor refuses to remove the deal. Instead, he offers to transfer Charlie's obligations to Lucifer instead. Unwilling to allow Charlie to be trapped in a deal with the Radio Demon, Lucifer agrees, taking on his daughters deal. The favor Alastor wants? Protection. Lucifer figures it will be simple enough, but as Alastor and the king navigate the constraints of the deal, the realm around them falls under threat and they learn that they might just have to work together beyond the ties that bind them. But what neither of them expects is for desire to draw them closer, a desire that carries with it the hope and freedom they've both been craving all along.

Summary

“Yes! Alastor, I really must know…what is your relationship with the King of Hell?” Rosie leant in, placing her chin daintily on her folded hands as Lucifer seemed to choke even more. Honestly.
Taking pity on the monarch, Alastor summoned a tentacle and give the demon a nice hard pat on the back, dislodging the bit of Sinner that got stuck in his throat. Lucifer smiled at him with watery eyes and Alastor smiled softly back, using the same tentacle to tug on the king’s tail before fading away.
“Obviously we’re together.”
