Summary
Satoru groans. He really, really does not want to call Suguru, but he cannot see any other option. He’s going to have to suck it up and let his best friend see him Like This.
Look, Satoru knew it was a bad idea. It's just that knowing didn't stop him from shoving the vibrator all the way in his ass anyway. Whoops?

Summary
“…why…” He mutters. His throat hurts. “…why’m I here..? Why me?”
Satoru knows that it’s a stupid question. He can think of a million and one reasons why he would be the one ripped from his home. Kenjaku smiles anyway. Wider. He pushes down on Satoru’s forehead.
“Because you are a monster, Gojou Satoru-kun. Our job is to control monsters.” He leans closer. “And to find out what it is that makes you tick.”
“I’m–“ Satoru’s eyes are wide. He thrashes again. “I’m not a–“
“You are not allowed out of this.” Kenjaku continues. “No matter how hard you struggle, you will never escape us. Cooperate, and it will be bearable. Continue to struggle, and I cannot promise you even that.” The man’s smile drops.
“Do you understand, Subject 001?”

Summary
Suguru dead-eyes him across the table.
“Please listen to me, man.” Satoru says.
“No.” Suguru responds in that long suffering way that means he’s going to listen to Satoru but he’s gonna be pissy about it first. “It’s, fucking, 7AM.” Suguru adds. Suguru is not a morning person. It’s why Satoru went and bought the fancy coffee Suguru likes and breakfast sandwiches and red bean buns. He had to go to the bakery across town to get those.
“It’s so important.” Satoru tells him.
“Your opening gambit at 7-fucking-AM was ‘say I’ve gotten into anal play lately, why do I leak cum before I cum?’” Suguru says with a glare.
“Yeah.” Satoru says.
Suguru glares even harder.
“Well, you could answer me at least.” Satoru huffs, crossing his arms over his chest.
“I hope you fall off a bridge and die.” Suguru tells him, but he’s unwrapping a breakfast sandwich and pulling the lid off one of the cups of coffee, so.
“I hope you do too.” Satoru says amicably, taking a seat. He pushes some napkins toward Suguru and switches out the breakfast sandwich. Suguru likes the ones with avocado better. “So why do I?”

Summary
“Su-gu-ru”
The voice is still Satoru’s, though the resonance of it changes every so often. Like it’s testing how to talk to him, what’s the best way to address him.
“Suguru, why so sad?”
The house is all full of him now, the monstrous cursed energy that fills all the cracks, seeps into the walls.

Oh to be changed and still love and be loved. Damn. Suguru is out here living the dream. Except that Gojo died first to make it happen, not that part…

Summary
Zuko had never excelled at anything. Azula was a prodigy. Uncle always knew what to say. And Father... Father was strong, iron-like. But Zuko had only ever been good at surviving. Putting one foot in front of the other in a grim show of stubborn determination, gritting his teeth and bearing it. Survival was all he had ever been taught. He knew how to do it. So when he was kidnapped by the Southern Water Tribe, he expected to fight as he always had. He didn’t expect to be taught instead how to live.
In a warring land, the Water Tribe forgave the enemy in an act of defiance. For this, he was torn from them, and this time, his wounds won't heal so easily.
Forced back into nothing but survival, the last person Zuko expected to see was Hakoda's son. Hakoda was a promise of safety. The relentless blue of Sokka’s eyes was a promise of happiness. Zuko could have both if he just reached out his hands, but he found them clutching into fists. After all, he’d been burned one too many times.
But hey, at least between Hakoda and Sokka, Zuko could appreciate the family resemblance of pure, asinine stubbornness.
