This was inspired by the infamous S3E9 "Grief is a Mouse" but it has been sitting in my drafts since the episode came out. I have FINALLY gotten around to posting it. This is pure, sinful, delicious smut with some fluff sprinkled in. The in-between of the party and everyone's favorite scene that we didn't get to see.

It’s sometime later when Waverly is jolted awake by incessant beeping. She blinks rapidly and focuses through the dark enough to grab her phone and check the time, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. It’s 3 am and Wynonna is snoring loudly next to her, her right arm thrown haphazardly across her face, and Waverly groans. A fire alarm? In the middle of her first night at her new apartment? She is just debating on whether or not to wake Wynonna so they can head outside when the alarm suddenly stops.

Summary
Set some time after 2x08. Some considerations: Dr. Psycho is out of the crew. King Shark is busy dealing with Tabitha. Proceeding as if 2x09-2x13 never happened. I'm rewriting Harley's story my way. But same endgame ;)
That kiss threw Harley Quinn for a loop. But she's avoiding her feelings because everything is fine! She and Clayface plan to loot one of the biggest villains in Gotham--but they discover something else much bigger than them is going on in the city. She joins forces with Batman to figure out what's happening--but also to avoid Ivy. Because everything is, again, fine. Her feelings catch up to her sooner or later.

Summary
In an effort to create a memorable wedding present for Lena and Kara, Brainy accidentally creates a device that allows them to see alternate realities. He creates the device to take snapshots of all of Lena and Kara’s special moments together through their entire relationship. To accomplish this he has to tether the device to their DNA and unique physical characteristics.
When he sits down to watch the video he discovers that the Lena and Kara he is watching are very different from his Lena and Kara and they are definitely not in National City. He quickly realizes he has created a device that sees alternate timelines and all of them are tethered to Lena and Kara. He watches dozens of realities unfold and each one has something in common.
No matter how different the Lena and Kara are in the alternate reality and no matter how different their environment, time and time again they find their way to each other. No impediment, no challenge, no danger is enough to keep Kara and Lena apart.
Brainy decides that instead of giving them a video as a wedding present, he will present them with the device so they can witness their love overcoming all barriers over all realities.
