Eddie is wearing panties—lingerie, actually—underneath his clothes to the bar with the entire 118. No one knows, but he's hoping if he plays his cards right, that maybe one person will see them tonight.
He's set everything up perfectly. He made sure Chris had plans for tonight, he cleaned the house, he bought condoms (though he hopes he won't have to use them) and lube, and of course he put on the lingerie beneath his regular clothes. And he picked the loosest, butchest clothes he has, loving the duality of it—the pretty lacy bralette and panties hiding where no one else can see them, no one else knows it's there.
Or: Eddie has a plan to get Buck to fuck him stupid. That's not all that happens that night.

"Any time?" Chris repeats, sounding a little skeptical as he peers over the top of his glasses right at Buck.
"Yeah, Chris. Any time. You could call me at 3 AM and I'd jump out of bed to answer your call."
Chris just blinks at him. That was too much. That was too much. That was definitely too much, he tells himself. He and Chris aren't like that. He's just his dad's dumb friend.
"You're really not bothered about your parents divorcing?" Chris says instead.
