    Cold, brooding, arrogant.. These were the adjectives used to describe 24 yo Phayu Venice Theerapanyakul, part time architect and full time mechanic. Considered one of the God's of the Architecture at Chula Uni, his fame was also passed on to his juniors. He was well liked, well admired and well respected, and both men and women fell over eo to get his attention. But Phayu ignored everyone, for there was a storm in his heart.

    Rain Varain Kirigun is everything Phayu is not.. Warm, affectionate, clumsy yet the most adorable ball of sunshine. His heart is filled with love for the world. A bit of a nerd and a top student in his own right, Rain lives life 'queen' size!! With his doe eyes and bunny smile, Rain loves ringing happiness to others..

    When Varain and Venice meet, it's not surprising that it's like they are polar opposites. But haven't you heard that 'opposites attract'? Especially when the red thread of Destiny ties them together?

    What will happen when the storm clouds burst? Will it be a soft rain? Or a deluge?

    Rain was just trying to return his borrowed architecture textbook. He did not mean to get kidnapped by the mafia. But one wrong alley, one black van, and suddenly he's being fed extravagantly and getting spa days at the Theerpanayakul compound
    While Kinn debates whether to toss Rain out or bribe him into silence, and Porsche argues he's too nosy to keep around, Phayu strolls in from a weapons check, sees Rain dangling out a bathroom window with a butter knife in his mouth like a panicked squirrel, and says calmly,
    “He’s mine now.”
    Nobody argues. Not even Rain—mostly because he’s stuck halfway through the window.
    Now Rain’s trying to survive the underworld with no practical skills, questionable instincts, and a tendency to cry when yelled at. Good thing Phayu has a soft spot for chaos.
    And Rain? He’s starting to think the mafia isn’t so bad… especially if Phayu’s the one holding the leash.

    Phayu was one of the first Thai Jaeger pilots to successfully defend Thailand against the first Kaiju that had made it further inland. Since he stopped piloting, Phayu had had a lot of ups and downs. Mostly downs, if he was being honest.

    His first meeting with the new recruits was eventful. Phayu very nearly face-planted as he collided with one of them, catching himself just before his face hit the floor.
