Downing another gapple, he sprints across the rocky terrain, trying not to panic as his health goes down in large chunks with each lucky hit the Lawmen get. If he goes far away enough, he can dig his way underground and lose them, but the prerequisite is that he’s alive to do that.
Suddenly, shouts and screams come from behind him, a message pinging in chat:
