Summary
Work has been a little different for Daigo Dojima, the Sixth Chairman of the Tojo Clan, since a certain Yoshitaka Mine has joined. He becomes invested in learning more about this aloof man out which leads to him developing some unexpected feelings that become a much bigger problem than he originally thought.
Meanwhile,
Yoshitaka Mine has finally found what he has been looking for his whole life. A true bond with another man. But he doesn't really know how to cope with the fact that Daigo seems to genuinely want to spend time with him. He thought he would finally be at peace with his new-found purpose. Why can't he shake these nervous feelings around him?
Or
Daigo realizes he is HORRIBLY down bad for Mine so he tries (and fails) to do something about it for like 6 chapters. And due to his 'lack of human experience', Mine takes a damn hot minute to realize he is romantically in love with his beloved Sixth Chairman. They somehow get together eventually, it's mostly due to Daigo being good with these kind of things.

Summary
The closer he got to the Sixth Chairman’s office, the more sweat pooled in the creases of his hands; almost in mockery at his less-than-useful attempts at quietly wiping them down on a handkerchief.
He knew it to be a fruitless gesture, but he found the repetitiveness of the motion to be a perfect hideout from his neuroticism; a spot from which he could regain a semblance of control – control that threatened to slip out of his clutch the more he got of the Chairman.

Such a unique fic with an amazing use of perspective, the Shellac scene from the bar tenders POV is incredible and im obsessed with Majima's feelings towards them in this one.
Also an adorable ending that pays off all the cute yearning from the first half.

Summary
The Kirin had lost its fight and in replacement were more rounded and familiar eyes. It wasn’t the same shade of brown that he was used to, but Daigo knew that lost look in them. Back on the hospital roof, he had asked Mine if he was alright and Mine gave him that same thrown, lost gaze. It was more pinched with confusion and aching with regret, but the same grief was present there as it was here.
A curse that's haunted Mine his entire life, sparks again to save his life after he falls off the hospital roof. With only the instinct to find comfort in Daigo to guide him, his true love saves his life once again.

Daigo taking care of Kirin!Mine and vice versa is unexpectedly sweet and funny at times!
Excellently written body language from Kirin!Mine and the mutual feeling between the two of wanting to take care of the other and not themselves is something I love seeing explored.
