Summary
Lan Wanji was never told the details of his parents' story. Now that he has discovered his own desires, his life's goal is to keep Wei Wuxian from finding out. But life is cruel and truths get revealed at the worst possible times.

Summary
Wei Wuxian had always seen the Unity Ceremony as a place to goof off and pull pranks on the Jin. He didn't have any reason to believe this year would be any different, until Madam Yu sat him and Jiang Cheng down and explained exactly what the cuffs on their wrist meant.
