Something dreadful seized Levi’s chest. His fingers twitched where they rested on his knee. His lungs constricted at the thought of Eren’s bleeding body being cut open. Filthy pigs fingering at his organs, ripping off limbs to watch them regrown and cut them off again. Some dirty military fuckers tossing his bleeding body back into a cell. Eren’s screams when too much was taken from his body to recover and to watch the light in his eyes fade as uncaring mutts with a doctor's degree scribble useless numbers on a paper, measuring the boy's death with more curiosity than sympathy.
