This will be where the story ends, in a certain sense, and starts in another. A man with a conscious, somewhere he should not be, at the wrong time. It’s a fatal decision.

Summary
Ren Amamiya was having a miserable day. He woke up from a horrible nightmare about a cat yelling at him to commit crimes, annoyed his new guardian by merely existing, almost got lost switching trains at Shibuya, then got rained on during his walk to school. The first classmate he met blew him off, and the second immediately accused him of being a scab or a sellout or something.
And then things got really bad.
Instead of arriving at school he wound up in a weird creepy castle, being chased by his near-naked gym teacher and his straight up, blatant-disregard-for-physics magical pet monsters, his only protection being a floating demon ghost man in a dapper hat. He's pretty sure he's going to be late for class, and he's very sure neither his teachers nor Sojiro are going to like his excuse.
On the bright side, though, at least the girl in blue they met in the cellblock seemed to have some idea of what was going on.
