“Wait a moment!” Itadori was the one to scream now. He pointed with his finger at someone: Tōji, to be precise.
“I remember again! You’re not Fushiguro’s older brother! You’re his father! I got confused like last time!”
“Whaaaaat, nooooo,” Tōji lazily called out from the floor. In that moment, Son 2 decided to sit in his lap, which prompted Son 3 to do the same. Then Son 4 also decided that he had to go to his father, so he jumped on the couch, put his legs on Tōji’s shoulders and embraced his head with his arms. “I could never be the father of all these children. I’m too young for that.” Sole Daughter, meanwhile, jumped on the backseat of the couch and balanced herself and her sharp sword on it to make cool poses. “Imagine if Megumi married tomorrow and had a child nine months later. I couldn’t possibly be a grandfather at my tender age.”
Or: the life of Megumi Fushiguro, oldest (and suffering) sibling of six, with parents who are disgustingly in love with each other, a teacher he wants to strangle to death, and friends who freak out over the dumbest shit. Shenanigans ensue.

Summary
Everyone knows that the gods have numerous children. Besides being responsible for controlling aspects of the world, that's what they're known for. Demigods are a dime a dozen, and while the gods do care for their children, we all know that they are willing to send them to their deaths for 'the greater good,' or sometimes just for a chance at glory.
But what if demigods... didn't exist?
What if there was a Pantheon that couldn't have children with mortals, only producing stillborns and monsters?
Faced with the threat of It's world's timeline being destroyed due to this cosmic error, Fate itself seeks to intervene. It tears through reality and snatches away a select few demigods to gift to It's Pantheon, erasing and manipulating the memories of It's most vulnerable chosen, as well as rewinding the years on all that It takes, to help with the bonding process.
