Summary
She never even liked One Piece that much. Unfortunately, she knows just enough about it to recognize the problem when she wakes up in someone else’s body.
More specifically, the body of Uta.
She remembers fragments of the story, just enough to know Uta’s life ends badly, tangled up in tragedy, and the legacy of the Red-Haired Pirates led by Shanks.
There’s only one problem.
Her knowledge of the plot is incomplete, she never bothered watching the show after all.
But if she’s stuck living Uta’s life, then she might as well try to change the ending.
After all, how hard could rewriting fate in a pirate world really be?
(Probably very hard.)

Reader had watched film red with their friend who is a OP fan, and didn't really like how easily the tragedy could have been avoided. Her friend 'curses' her and she wakes up in the body of infant uta just as she is found by shanks and his crew. She decides to try to stop the future tragedy. After a fight with an enemy pirate crew where they are massacred, she starts to take the situation more seriously. They land on an island where uta wanders off and scares the crew. They later sing some sea shanties and love utas singing. Uta decides that she will sing but that she will be very cautious about what she sings and that she will never sing tot musical. Ace is a demon sabo is a vampire and luffy is a god, luffy lived on Atlantic Island where he had a friend in a sparrow hybrid called rei. But rei got Pneumonia and luffy took him to a human doctor but the doctors called the government and rei was killed. Luffy befriended ace and sabo and became brothers. After government people showed up on Dawn they left and landed on sun island were some nika cultists were living and ran into shanks, his crew and mihawk. They later took down the cultists and they are traveling to Atlantic Island. Getting rewritten. 15

Or: A One Piece Fix-it AU where instead of just chucking his vivre card at Luffy and leaving, Ace also makes a vivre card for Luffy. Unfortunately for Ace, Luffy is a chaotic menace who can't stay out of trouble. Ace has a crewmate killer to catch, but he can't seem to get three feet away before Luffy's vivre card bursts into flames and does the weirdest shit imaginable. Needless to say, his revenge quest against Blackbeard is side tracked.

After ace gave luffy a piece of his vivre card he decided to make a vivre card for luffy (they asked for one for zoro for whenever he got lost), but ace just doesn't get anything done because luffy keeps getting hurt and ace keeps going back to check on luffy. So ace never ends up encountering or finding teach. 1

Law gets stuck in BNHA after one of doffys men touches him. He makes an underground clinic, called the polar tang clinic. Dabi tries to Rob his clinic of staples but law does surgery to fix his burns and dabi gets adopted as little brother. Aizawa gets stabbed outside the lining and at first he thinks they are villains but eventually sees them as slightly immoral vigilantes, and dabi realises ai away is a hero and is angry law would put them in danger of being noticed as silenced by the government, aizawa convinces law to tell nezu that aizawa is at his clinic and to ask for nezu or one of the heroes to come pick up aizawa but aizawa also forgot to give law a way to contact nezu so now law has broken into US. This is ki da aizawas fault. Around 5 years pre bnha cannon. 5

Finding out that Law had time traveled had been decidedly underwhelming. He’d looked at the newspaper, noticed the date, thought about Straw Hat-ya’s ridiculous luck and decided: ‘yeah, that fits’ before contemplating drowning himself in his cup of coffee because fuck his life.
All in all, per the status quo when it came to dealing with the Straw Hat Pirates and their Captain.

Law offers an alliance to ace to take down blackboard as a way to give ace backup in his and teachs fight. They are headed to alabasta, and nami is just about to steal the going merry. 9

Little law is sceptical about the time travel theory and is on edge. Cora is understanding and figured out older law has PTSD. And big law is in the middle of a break down. He also has a mental break down and freaks everyone out and then tells them about being back in time and kills teach but whitebeard forgives him and Marco tells whitebeard and the commanders about teach killing thatch and whitebeard in the future and on order to prove he's from the future he mentions they need to get in touch with the revs so he can prove he's from the future because someone from the rebs is connected to one of the commanders. Then privately tells ace about sabo being alive and Marco ace and izou and deuce go to track the revs. 3

I always had a suspicion that Shanks knew the Gum-Gum Fruit wasn't what it seemed. His decision to leave Luffy on Dawn Island wasn't so Luffy could get stronger, it was to keep him off the World Government's radar.
So when rumors of a kid with rubber powers spread across the Grand Line, Shanks knows he has to return to the East Blue and get Luffy back before someone or something else does.
The kid living with Luffy was a surprise.
Fix-it fic where Shanks overcomes his insecurities, asks his mom for help, and finally, truly gets his family back.

The get sabo from dragon and the three boys know sabo is from the future and he decides to go by the name Ryū. He starts teaching them how to fight and how to use haki. They steal a ship from high town (after burning outlooks mansion), and start sailing around the east blue. After a couple islands they end up at cocoyashi village and Ryū realises something is up and they go beat up (sabo kills him) along. And then their map breaks and they go off in a random direction. 14
