Summary
In a world in which humans and vampires live side by side, Seonghwa is a struggling human desperate for a steady income and a roof over his head. He applies to be a personal feeder for a vampire, to serve as a constant supply of blood and nothing more. However, he does not anticipate being assigned to the head of the most powerful coven in the area, Kim Hongjoong.
Seonghwa has never had a home, but he begins to find one in the least likely of places, discovering that Hongjoong and the vampires within his coven are kinder than most of the humans he’s encountered in his life. But humans look down on feeders, and Seonghwa catches the eye of many vampires as he becomes a permanent fixture at Hongjoong’s side.
He isn’t safe from anyone, humans or vampires alike, and when disaster strikes he finds himself more entangled with Hongjoong and his coven than he had ever expected.

but actually this story was so heart wrenching. Every chapter had me cry at least once, whether happy or distraught, didn't matter cause it was sobs all around. The complexity of the entire world you built had me hooked on so deep, I was even thinking and considering all the intricacies around seonghwa, when he would get turned, how they were gonna get out of it when he did get get turned, what it meant for him to fly and really be the angel he and wooyoung talked about, it was on my mind the whole day. I was AT WORK dealing with appointments and going 'damn how are they gonna get out of this one' and the 'angst with a happy ending' tag did a LOT of heavy lifting. I knew they would get to their happily ever but didn't know at what cost, and it ended so beautifully 😭
I'm definitely coming back to reread this one, I can't leave at 1 read

Summary
Hongjoong is an alpha prince who has recently come of age and is preparing to be wed in an arranged marriage. When the time comes, there is one particular omega, Seonghwa of the Park family, that stands out to Hongjoong, because of more than just his good looks. His scent is like nothing Hongjoong has ever smelled on an omega, something spicy breaking through the sweetness. Hongjoong, not a typical alpha himself, can't help being infinitely intrigued by this quiet and mysterious omega, wanting to know more about him, not knowing he would end up being the answer to his deepest, most secret desires.
