Akira turned in his direction and ‘looked’ at wherever the boy’s voice was coming from. It was one of the best ways to get their attention and rub it through people’s thick skulls that he is blind. So he stared and waited for the boy to ultimately turn on him.
He didn’t have to wait long. Only a few seconds before he felt the air displacement of the boy whirling around to face him. “What, you gonna rat me out to Kamoshida too?” He spat the name.
‘Kamoshida...’ Akira didn’t know who in the world that man or woman was. He just wanted this idiot to give him his cane so he could pretend to be a good member of society. He didn’t respond to the boy’s questions. Opting to stare at him.
