The knight, with the dramatics of having slept for a hundred years, slowly raised their torso with the help of a propped elbow. They rubbed their eyes and face. It barely seemed to do anything.

However, as their meetings continued, he unexpectedly began to fall fast. At the same time, Rumi was trying to get information from Jinu about Gwi-ma and uncover more about her own demon origins—especially since spending time with him seemed to ease her vanishing voice. Despite their hidden motives, both of them slowly found themselves genuinely falling for each other.
