I’m in.” Jisung almost squealed as a bright smile plastered itself on his face once again. “Thank you, thank you, thank you!” Jisung stood up quickly, holding a hand out for Changbin to take, her bouncy energy filling the whole room. “Come on, we’ll gather all the others and then we start the competition!” Changbin stood up as well, taking the younger’s hand in his own and looked at them with mild confusion. “Now?” “Now.”

Summary
Kim Seungmin was a bright and handsome young man. He worked as a marine biologist for a big company in his coastal city, and he loved the freedom that his job gave him, being able to take his small motorboat out to sea every day to do research on the field.
Never would he have thought that his biggest discovery would come in the form of 7 handsome merboys (is that a thing now?) that seem to follow him everywhere he goes. And is accidental courting even something that could happen? Life was going to be way harder, but oh so much more exciting from now on!

Human Seungmin discovers merman Jeongin and basically falls instantly for him. He meets the rest of the pod who are very angry and cautious at first but eventually he wins their heart over. They go over some serious, lethal hardships but in the end they all live happily ever after :)

Summary
Minho's used to silence. He's used to the way the villagers avoid his eyes when they visit him asking for help, the way they look at him with fear and distrust when they think he can't see. He's used to his world being the sprawling garden within the old ivy-covered iron fence and the familiar warmth of the cottage. He's used to it just being him, his cats, and the old journals.
It isn't until a villager somehow wanders into the garden despite the enchantments that he's faced with how unbearably isolated he's become, or how hard it is to open up to someone after years of being alone— or how freeing it is to know someone understands him.

“It’s okay, you’re safe now, you made it out.”
They had made it out. It certainly didn’t feel that way. Jisung’s whole body was still shaking, feeling as if it was tearing itself apart at the seams, and Felix was trying his best to try and make himself as small as possible. Jisung instinctively moved in front of Felix, to block him from view, even as his body trembled in fear.
Nothing felt safe anymore. Not after that.
