Especially when those freckles come in the form of Midoriya Izuku, the boy he resents the most. Is the resentment justified? Well. It wasn’t Shouto’s fault they were both geniuses, constantly competing to be the top of their class. But when they are forced to spend more time together than they ever would voluntarily, they realize there might just be more than meets the eye. Maybe, just maybe, there was never a reason to hate each other in the first place. Maybe they could get along-- and although you'd never hear this from Shouto-- maybe he'll enjoy it.
