Summary
500 years ago in the Plains was born an Alpha, a disgrace of an alpha with mutated genes, giving him a will to dominate and destroy at the expense of all else and the continent of Aelor devolved into all out war. Forests burned, people suffered, famine gripped the land and the three other packs were pushed back to less than a quarter of their original territories.
The goddess raged. The abomination was not of her and did not respect her creations, her people were suffering so to the three packs she gifted magic.
Mages were chosen not by blood or status but by their loving hearts, magic could only be used by those with a desire to protect. The tides of the war turned and the Plains Pack and the abomination were defeated. But the war had lasted 30 years, thousands had died, the land and the people were scarred so the alliance didn't stop there. Every mage in the land came together and with their blood and the blood of the abomination they created an everlasting treaty to which every shifter born on the continent would be bound. There could never be another war.
But time passed and memories and magic faded.

Oh to be loved with no condition.
Hyunjin learns that running away from something is no good, because it will catch up to you somehow, somewhere. And mostly in your most vulnerable state. He also finds out that the root for all of his problems might be closer than he thought.Lucky for him, he now has a very nice support system. And an alpha by his side that actually, truly loves him.
