Summary
Peter Parker falls through a yogurt‑colored portal and lands in Gotham. With no ID, no contacts, and no Avengers to call, he does what he always does: helps people. Unfortunately, Gotham reacts to heroism the way Gotham reacts to everything. With guns, suspicion, and paperwork.
One fire, one collapsing ceiling, and one exhausted Commissioner later, Peter becomes Gotham’s first licensed vigilante.
While Gordon is trying to keep this soot‑covered disaster alive, Bruce Wayne is quietly trying to adopt him, and Peter is just trying to figure out why this universe doesn’t have Wikipedia.

When Bruce Wayne announces to his family that businessman Tony Stark and his four children will be staying at Wayne Manor for the duration of a business deal between Wayne Enterprises and Stark Industries, his kids can't be more disappointed. They can't think of anything more dull than shepherding four young socialites around Gotham, and on top of that, Bruce bans them from going on patrol while the Starks are there!
Little do the batkids know that there's a lot more to the Stark kids than first meets the eye...

Peter Parker wakes up in a random alley. Just another bad day for Spider-Man, nothing new in the usual programming.
Unfortunately, nothing is simple for someone with Parker luck. Not only does he have the shock of being in New Jersey, but he has landed completely alone in an alternate universe, with his mutations changing and terrible city names. Seriously, who the hell names a city "Metropolis"? It's like naming your dog "Dog."
