Summary
Crowley, the prince of Ouranos, is in negotiations to marry Lucifer, the king of Gehenna. Two little problems: the first being that Crowley isn't sure he wants to marry Lucifer, but how often are arranged marriages ever actually welcomed by both parties? That's something Crowley can look past, but he has a secret that could spell scandal and danger if it's discovered, and the closer he gets to Lucifer, the more likely it will be revealed.
It doesn't help matters when a complete stranger and commoner by the name of Aziraphale sweeps in like an angel to help Crowley in a time of need, blossoming into a relationship neither one expects.

Summary
In the aftermath of the Jimbriel incident, Crowley now finds himself moving into the bookshop at Aziraphale’s request and quickly makes himself at home despite his apparent hesitation. Things between the two of them had never been better. However the demon was having an increasingly harder time hiding his feelings for the angel the more quality time they spend together. And a certain coffee shop owner is getting quite frustrated watching the two continuing to avoid the elephant in the room. Crowley begrudgingly continues to deny the fact that Aziraphale could ever feel the same, that is until he comes across a very intriguing book on the angel’s desk…

The Old Serpent is a black snake with a red belly and yellow eyes, and there are countless stories from people who have been called out to rescue this snake from all sorts of situations, usually mundane, but some incredibly bizarre. I may as well tell you what I can now, so you’ll at least have some idea of what you’re getting into when it happens.
