Summary
Rintarou just sat back and pretended it didn't bother him. Motoya wasn't the first omega to be crushing on Osamu. He was a catch, after all. Strong and hot and sweet. But Motoya would give up soon enough, just as all the other omegas did. Osamu and Rintarou came as a package deal, and most omegas couldn't handle their jealousy or the idea of their alpha being best friends with an omega.
Rintarou had to play the long game and bide his time. Motoya would get bored and quit while he was ahead, and then everything would go back to the way it had been before.

Atsumu took in a deep breath, steeling himself for what was about to be a terrible conversation. He opened the door, meeting eyes with his furious brother.
“Ya son of a bitch, I knew-“ Osamu cut himself off when he noticed the bruise on Atsumu’s cheek. His eyes trailed down, stopping at the finger-shaped bruises around his neck.
“‘Samu, you really shouldn’t be here,” Atsumu said quietly, all his loud confidence gone as he shifted uncomfortably under Osamu’s gaze.
“He’s fuckin’ hittin’ ya?” Osamu’s voice was lower now, but his angry tone made Atsumu shrink away from him. “That why ya been avoidin’ me?”
