Dean curls down over Sam’s severed head in agony, teeth uselessly gritted because the tears come anyway, the body-shaking sobs. They sound wrong in his own ears, too dry, like he’s choking, like he’s faking it and he’s really gone darkside and become a psychopath devoid of caring-
or: Dean doesn't kill Death. He kills Sam. He didn't expect Sam to actually die.

Dean wanted to tear him limb from limb.This time, it wasn’t even Dean’s fault; his only crime was needing a break. He didn’t have anything to do with waking up in Miracle's body. It was just as well; at least now he could spend a little time with his family without feeling the weight of the world on his shoulders. What he hadn’t considered in all of this: body-swapping went both ways. And Miracle seemed hell-bent on meddling with Dean’s life, bringing thoughts and feelings to light that Dean had tried his damnedest to forget.

She only gets as far as a few steps when a phone starts to ring. It’s an unusually quiet evening and the shrill noise bounces off the buildings and gets lost overhead. She hesitates, briefly considers running away and leaving this whole mess behind. But she wonders; who’d be calling a dead man?
“Sammy? Sammy, where are you?”Jane finds a dead man in a back alley and really just wants to rob him and be on her way, when a phone starts to ring. It's someone called Dean and for some reason, he seems to be really bothered about this man dying.

Summary
The darkness shifts. Parts, unleashes a creature of hell and Jack has definitely read too many stories because in that moment, he’s convinced it’s the devil come to take him for his sins. But no; it’s only a stag. Strength plays in the way his head swivels and Jack has the sudden thought that Pa would’ve shot him for his pelt and antlers. But Jack isn’t his Pa; he couldn’t even if he wanted, his grip on the gun slack and breath stuck in his throat.
Then, the stag stills.
Jack swears it’s looking at him.Jack feels lost, abandoned after the death of his parents. But there’s a stag he remembers from his childhood and a lonely rider on the road that greets him like he’s known him for years.
