“Fuck,” Dean laughs, and it’s then, in that laugh, that he presses a kiss to Cas’s mouth. He wants to taste him smiling. “Shit, Cas,” he mumbles through it, finds his hands clenched in Cas’s shirt — Dean’s shirt on Cas, on Cas’s body, the body of a man. A man’s body that’s gentle with him. He presses kisses everywhere, Cas’s forehead and the tip of his nose and the ridge of his cheekbones and his mouth, always back to his mouth, that mouth of his, the one Dean must’ve first seen in a dream for how strong the jolt of recognition was when he met Cas on this earth.
“Dean,” Cas says right back, both of his hands gentle but strong, slipping down to hold Dean’s waist as Cas ducks away from Dean’s wandering mouth to press a kiss against his throat. “It’s amazing,” he says, so quiet Dean has to strain to listen, has to really really fucking want to hear it, “how much I thought I loved you before today. I left Heaven for it, and it was nothing compared to how I feel about you now.”

Cas groans wantonly and pulls Dean along. “You’re too perfect,” Cas says, his tone dropping another octave to be almost as rough as the gravel crunching beneath their feet.
Dean throws his head back and laugh. “Not my fault you’re some kind of walking wet dream.”
Cas turns his head and fixes Dean with an arched brow and amused smirk. “Oh?”
Dean nods. “Those jeans, God, Cas,” Dean gestures vaguely to the way Cas’ snug jeans hug his ass and thighs. “And those boots.” Dean bites his lip and groans.
Cas chuckles. “I got my Stetson in my room, maybe you’d like to wear it while you ride me,” Cas says, a hint of demand in his tone despite his low volume.

“Uh,” Dean is at a fucking loss over here. “I guess maybe you just need to try it?” he smiles when Cas looks skeptical because yes, how easy can that be? “Maybe look at some pictures of a naked dude instead?” he suggests encouragingly. “Or porn vids.”
“I don’t like that,” Cas says grumpily, which is entirely too cute. “They don’t do much for me. Ideally, I would like to see something in real life…” he trails off, looking at Dean with something a little too mischievous for Dean to not start sweating nervously. “Do you really like pictures and stuff like that?”
“Yeah…”
Maybe Dean should have seen where this was headed but he surprises himself with his own stupidity sometimes.
“Maybe if you look at a porno and get hard, I can see if I react to seeing a guy getting hard.”
Dean is so shocked he feels like he’s having an out-of-body experience. “You wanna watch me jerk off to see if you might be into dudes?”

Cas, meanwhile, is very methodical about giving Dean pleasure. One time he is picking up the pace so much that Dean screams into the mattress, then he slows down when he notices the man at his mercy getting too close to release. It's an up and down, up and down, and it's both torture and the most amazing bliss.
Also Cas seems so focused on Dean that he didn't even take the time to undress himself. Sure, from the corner of his eyes Dean notices that Cas eventually opens up his belt to pop his rising erection out of the confinements of his pants, but apart from that he's mostly dressed.
Dean finds this hotter than he cares to admit.
Everything about this is hotter than he could've ever imagined.
Dean has honestly no idea what's even happening.
“You're opening up so nicely for me,” Cas purrs, his voice pure sin.
Dean just whimpers like a loser and holds onto the sheets for dear life.

It's officially been three days since he slept. Three days since he kissed Cas goodbye and watched him back out of their driveway, waving from the front porch as Cas pulled away and hoping his face didn't betray him. He's sure it did. Cas has been checking in often - more than he really needs to, given that he is just a few states over and in a relatively safe situation. Since he returned from the Empty human, Cas had started working with other former angels adjusting to human life. Many angels chose to leave heaven after Chuck's defeat, tired of the endless battles and eager to find their own path. Jack and Cas helped them get set up on Earth, and they both check on the new humans occasionally. Dean jokingly calls Cas a counselor at Camp Human, but he's glad Cas has found something that brings him peace. It's a helluva lot safer than hunting too, which generally helps Dean rest easier.
But this is the longest Cas has been gone since he came back, and now Dean can't sleep.
