“Wait, wait, Mu Qing…what’s- why….” “Please Feng Xin.” Mu Qing whined, and immediately Feng Xin's eyes widened again, before scanning Fu Yao's body in his arms once more, a look of realization passing over his features.
“Does Fu Yao need a bit of attention? Is that what this is?” Feng Xin cooed, moving one of his hands to roughly grasp Fu Yao's ass.

Summary
Nan Feng raises an eyebrow as he casts a glance to the other side of their little campfire, where Xie Lian and San Lang are pressed together like a set of spoons. For supposedly recent acquaintances, they’re incredibly close—San Lang’s arm is curled protectively around Xie Lian, one arm resting beneath him to cradle his head.
With a less suspicious figure, it might have been an endearing sight.
“Are they trying to share body heat?” Fu Yao whispers, horrified. “Does he even have body heat to share?”

“Tell me,” Feng Xin urged, the worry in his gut only building in intensity the longer he stares at such an emotionally raw Mu Qing. “Tell me what you need.”
Mu Qing’s eyes only opened wider at those words, more tears welling up. He couldn’t speak, he could barely even move from the position he had lodged himself into before going stock still.
“Mu Qing,” Feng Xin had to forcefully swallow down the words that almost spilled off the tip of his tongue. Saying, ‘I would give you anything you ask for’, probably would not go over too well in this situation. “What happened?”
