Contrary to popular belief, Jay is not a stupid boy. He knows that the extent of his reputation on the isle is not only limited to the overwhelming fear of being robbed blind by the young thief. Sure, residents of the Isle of the Lost avoid him like the plague in the name of not wanting to buy back their own stolen merchandise from his father’s junk shop at a marked up price, but he knows there is far more to consider when it comes to how others view him. It is not only the fear of being pickpocketed that he is aware of. Jay hears how they talk about him on the streets. How they call him a thief and a street rat… and desperate… and a quick lay… and a whore. “What?”
This is not what Jane was expecting when she was summoned to the dorm-room of one Harry Hook.
The red clad pirate sighs, the arm with the paper he so rudely shoved into her face falling to his side as he stands in the doorway (rudely not inviting her in). “Do I need to spell it out to you? I thought a picture would suffice.” He holds up the cartoonishly drawn image besides his face, using his other hand to flamboyantly frame it, as if her attention wouldn’t be caught by the paper alone without his additional, signature flourish.

“I received an email,” Wanda starts slowly, and Tony tries not to sigh, already losing interest.
“It was about a Hydra experiment.”
Nevermind, his interest is back.
“Hydra? You mean the organization that you used to work for? That Hydra?”
“Yes.”
He takes a minute to let that sink in before asking, “You’re still on their emailing list?”
“Stark!”
“What?” he asks, walking around his workstation to put something solid between them just in case.
“It would stand to reason that Hydra would have an emailing list. Most organizations do. SHIELD does, or did.” He puts down the wrench he’s holding to pick up a bolt and a screwdriver, anything to make him look busy, like his actions have purpose.
“Really, you should see what their company Christmas ecards looked like. Let me tell you, they skimped on the budget for those ones.”
“Stark, this is serious,” she says.
“Well-” he tries, but she cuts him off.
“They took my brother.”
Whatever snarky comment the inventor had on his tongue quickly dies. Well shit.
“You mean they dug him up?”
She looks away from him and out the window. “No.”

With a soft click, Harry watches in fascination as a panel in the wood moves and pops out to reveal a whole separate, but connected, board of buttons, these ones in various sizes and colors.
“Wha’ do we have here?”
Maybe the big round purple one opens up a hidden wall panel full of treasure, and the glowing orange one a whole circus of other things? There is no telling what is or isn’t possible –and Harry sure wants to find out what is.
And the first most logical step is obviously to push every one of these buttons to see what sticks.
