This diverges from canon before both of the couple's first times. Instead of Sheng Shaoyou and Shen Wenlang running into their counterparts, Sheng Shaoyou comes across Gao Tu as he goes into heat.

Summary
What if Giyuu actually got to the Kamados in time?
Except he survives- and so do Nezuko and Tanjiro, both human.However, Muzan's poison isn't easy to cure. When the three must flee, the poison spreads so far Giyuu has no choice but to cut off his hand. And by the time Urokodaki finds them, Giyuu's barely hanging on. His arm is the next to go.
Now declared missing by the corps, crow injured, there is no way to reveal the truth that he's alive. And his condition is getting worse... Day by day, he gets weaker. Tanjiro's left panicking over the realization that they have to cut off his arm. He starts to slowly, slowly lose himself. Who's going to save him?
