Damian sighs, "Yes. He's currently eight."
"Eight and a half," Bruce corrects petulantly, frowning at Damian, which is hilarious because Damian glares back with the exact same expression.

Summary
The Ōtsutsuki are defeated, the battle is won, the world is saved - but the cost was high.
At the age of sixteen, Boruto Uzumaki and Sarada Uchiha emerge as Konoha's victors of the fight that sealed the fate of the earth, but the victory doesn't look like one. There had been countless sacrifices, which helped break the cycle of hatred. They all helped him, saved him, walked with him, believed in him for the greater good.... for... for peace! A better future!
Naruto would have let out a bitter chuckle if he felt like he could breathe. Peace? Greater Good? A better Future?
WHAT A JOKE!!!
His future, his manifestation of greater good, his symbol of peace, konoha's golden child, his first born.... was lying there in a puddle of dirt, in a pool of his own blood. How did it come to this?
