Summary
For three whole months, Shinsou had managed to hide that a villain with a powerful mind control quirk had not only captured him and his teacher, but that the villain had also used his quirk to force Aizawa to rape and beat him. Worse, the villain also made Aizawa forget the entire incident, leaving Shinsou to deal with the aftermath all on his own.
And Shinsou does. Because telling the truth of who really hurt him would destroy Aizawa and that's the last thing he wants to happen. So Shinsou suffers for three long months of lying about what happened, three months of pretending he was fine, three months of trying to protect Aizawa from learning what really happened that night.
But when the truth suddenly comes out, rendering all of Shinsou's efforts in vain, Aizawa must find a way to deal with the fact that he was the one who hurt his student and Shinsou must find a way to deal with the fallout of his lies.
Summary of the story so far in Chapter 30 (if you want to skip the angst).
Reading Part 1 is recommended but not 100% necessary. Anime spoilers for season 4, no manga spoilers.

Katsuki doesn’t know why he’s so fucking bothered by it to begin with. Fuck if he knows why he feels like throwing a goddamn tantrum over the fact that Deku’s got a boyfriend.
Maybe it’s 'cuz Deku was fucking three years old, once upon a time, messing with Katsuki and Eijirou’s shit. Ruining their sandcastles and being an annoying little nuisance. He was forced to watch Deku, 'cuz he was Ei’s baby brother and if Katsuki wanted to hang out with his best friend, like ever, then Deku would just have to be in the fucking corner somewhere, dampening the scene, like the stupid little fuck he was.
Deku’s hardly even sparing a glance at him right now, though, and he hasn’t fucking asked about where Eijirou is, not even once.
“I just—” and Katsuki really is pacing now, fingers tangled in his hair. “You shouldn’t even have a boyfriend right now, Deku. Not at your age."
Alternatively: Katsuki realizes his best friend's annoying kid brother isn't much of an annoying kid anymore. (He's fucked.)

Summary

Katsuki didn't stutter. Ever.
Izuku's eyes opened slowly, dark and heavy with intent. He leaned in until his mouth hovered at Katsuki's ear, lips brushing just enough to be cruel.
"I know what I want,"
Izuku Midoriya has spent his entire life hiding what he is. Passing as a Beta, relying on suppressants, and disappearing every three months to manage his heat in private. Secrecy has kept him safe, even if it’s meant building his life around routine and restraint.
When a sudden villain attack forces U.A. into lockdown, that carefully maintained control starts to unravel. Trapped in the dorms with nowhere to hide and his body turning against him, Izuku is pushed to his limits as his classmates begin to notice the truth he’s been concealing for years. Including one very volatile blond Alpha who was never meant to find out.
And when Izuku and Katsuki wake up in the same bed, the problem isn’t just what happened.
It’s what happens next.
