When he’s hacked up the last of the water in his lungs, Sanji pushes himself up on his palms. Despite how exhausted he looks, his eyes are still wild when they latch onto Zoro’s face.
Sanji starts out, “The Merry—”
“Not here,” Zoro tells him. “There was a storm. Remember?”
“I was getting Chopper off the deck,” Sanji says slowly, frowning, like the mere act of recollection is giving him a headache. “I went over.” He looks up as he remembers: “You jumped in after me.”

After a storm washes them overboard, Zoro and Sanji get stranded on a strange island that changes by the day.

Chopper's voice came out confused. "Zoro?"
"Yes, him. Who else would I be talking about? And why the hell can I only open one eye?"
Zoro's eyes flew open, both of them, and everything snapped into place. His voice sounded off because it wasn't his voice, it was Sanji's, and the voice coming from the bed next to him was his.
The sound of Sanji's voice echoed through the room as he let out one solitary thought.
"Fuck."

“Female?” repeats Hal. “Me? Why?”
Sinestro drifts a little closer until he’s near enough to tap a slender finger against Hal’s forehead. It takes Hal a moment to understand his meaning.
“Are you serious?” Hal begins to laugh, but then he realizes something. “Wait. Is that why you—you—you thought I was a girl!”
Sinestro looks flustered, which is a new experience for Hal. “You have a very small forehead.”
