Summary
Shu just had high expectations, he knew that and he was used to it … wasn’t he? This was what Shu had always been like, it wasn’t new to him. Shu was harsh and strict but he only meant well. He didn’t mean it personally, he didn’t intend to be mean with Mika, he just wanted to help him to be better.
But there were some days where Mika wasn’t so sure about that. Days were Shu’s words cut deeper than he meant to, where his strictness was overwhelming. On those days Mika couldn’t differentiate anymore between Shu’s usual demeanor or if he was truly upset.
Mika knew he was never going to be perfect enough for Shu.

[Shelves drilled slightly crookedly that were supposed to solve their book problem but are now used as a small display of souvenirs from when they travel, the hole in the wall hidden behind a random painting from the time Wataru got a tad too inebriated and too excited with fireworks. The list could go on for days, they've littered parts of themselves in every crevice of every room.]
