Summary
Pokémon serve many purposes for their owners, but they all have one job that supersedes all others: Protect your Trainer.
Rose has failed at her job. Her trainer, Dresdin, lost everything. He has been permanently disfigured and blinded due to her negligence and she is left to pick up the pieces.
When the guilt of what she allowed to happen becomes too much to bear, she does everything she can to give him his life back. In an act of desperation, Rose uses her mastery of aura to try to teach Dresdin to see again.
