Summary
Peter Hale is a big-shot city lawyer, returning home to the small town of Beacon Hills for the holidays. Having money and being important is surely all he thinks about, and there's no way he can step back from work long enough to appreciate the holiday season with loved ones.
Stiles Stilinski is a destitute retail worker just hoping to survive the holiday season and maybe make enough cash to get back to school. He's tired of all the bells and whistles, the seasonal music, the endless Christmas cheer.
Alpha and Omega. Both lonely souls looking for something. Will this Christmas season and interfering family members be enough to teach these two grinches the meaning of Christmas? Or is that just the narrative a couple of annoying people are projecting on a pair of dudes who would really rather everybody butt out so they can go on a proper date and enjoy the season in peace?

Summary
An alternate version of season five.
When the pack visit Peter in Eichen House to get answers about what is happening in town, they should have expected to leave with more questions.
But they never could have expected questioning who Stiles' actual father was.
Everything in the pack, in relationships changes completely with Peter simply saying, "isn't it odd how much you look like Coach Finnstock?"
New pack dynamics emerge, relationships grow, and they all learn that sometimes there are a lot of ways to answer 'who's your daddy?'

Summary
There is an ironic balance to the situation that strikes Peter as especially humorous. Typically, Peter is not bitten by humans.
Typically, werewolves are the ones who do the biting.
But, here in the forest ringing the Hale House, there is certainly a feral human boy and he has certainly bitten Peter.
It’s partly Peter’s fault. Maybe thirty percent. He had stuck his hand within biting distance.

"Why are you here?" Peter asks, his brow furrowing in confusion. "I can understand curiosity, but Stiles, you have visited me nearly every day for years. It can't be that simple."
Stiles shrugs. It's both simple and not. For him, who grew up with the wind, who is inseparable from it in the best of ways, it is absurdly simple. For Peter, who doesn't trust the wind as Stiles does, it may not be. "The wind says you're mine. That's all I need."
