I come back to this fic all the time. This is at the top of my rec list. If even a sliver of you is willing to read Sam/Crowley, PLEASE read it. The characterization in this fic is so important to me. It made me understand the characters and the show better. Not to mention, Sam in this fic is just perfect. I cannot recommend this one enough. MUST READ!!!!

Incredible fic. Made me laugh my ass off, like belly laugh, the kind that makes you keel over and clutch your stomach kind of laugh. Also had me insanely worked up, stupidly soft and romantic, teary eyed, heartbroken, and then healed to the fullest. Plot was captivating and made me feel like I was just reading the next episode of the show instead of watching it this time, it was so canon-compliant. Every character acting just as they would in-series and every side character just as captivating and entertaining. Not to mention, I will cherish the headcanons in this story forever, and I was generally on board and in agreement with them even before I started reading because there are certain things that just make sense for these boys. Listen, this is a holy book as far as this fandom goes. You must read it. It's like law or religion or whatever powerful thing you believe in/abide by because dude, it's powerful. No joke, this book is like, like man, you just gotta read it and enjoy it and read it again. Highly recommend and then some.

So they take down a group of villains without too much trouble, nothing more than a few minor injuries, nothing out of the ordinary. It should be an easy paycheck. It’s not until they get back to Aizawa’s apartment that they realise there’s something wrong.
