For this post, I will be exploring the topic of Daredevil as the man wearing the mask, and why Matt likely chose to put his mask on before holding that meeting at Josie's at the end of season 1 of Born Again when he started his recruiting pitch to begin building his army of resistance to Fisk's agenda.

She’s not sure he’ll believe her this time either; his face is clear of any emotion, of any hint of how he’s processing any of this. So what can she equate it to? Or rather, should she draw her parallels directly or circumspectly?
“I’m not sure you know what ‘safe’ actually means,” Matt says dryly as he removes his hand and scoots away. He goes so far as to actually seat himself on the coffee table. Though, with his forearms braced on his knees and his eyes focused somewhere in the vicinity of her sternum, he’s clearly still strongly focused on whatever her body is saying underneath her words.
A work of cuddle-porn heavily laced with discussions about trust, honesty, safety and what else besides sex constitutes intimacy.

Interesting take on an AU version of Matt/Claire. Most of the characterizations ring true, intriguing to wonder "What if.. they worked things out. What might that look like?" Author places a large focus on trust, which is something that often gets overlooked by other authors

Summary
While Tony's assistance with all of Peter's technological needs has been invaluable, he hasn't managed to be much of a mentor when it comes to the actual hero aspect of being a powered person.
