Summary
Vi knew she wouldn't ever be free after she won her Games five years ago, but she wasn't expecting to go back into the arena. She won her Games out of desperation to get back to her sister. After years of falling apart since then and her sister having found someone else that makes her happy, she doesn't exactly have the same drive to make it out of the arena a second time.
That is, until she becomes allies with Caitlyn Kiramman, a Victor from District 1 that Vi has despised for years, who shows her that there could be more to life than simply staying alive.

Or Vi works at an aquarium to help pay for Jinx's college. Caitlyn's parents want to stop funding the aquarium. Despite that, Caitlyn spends all of her free time helping Vi fix it up. And falls in love. Chaos ensues.
