Summary
Will Graham is a Lone Wolf biker, often traveling around the small states of the Northeast for fishing. Things start to change when he meets a fellow biker, Jack Crawford, at a bar, and learns of his large and professional Biker Gang. Things start to take a turn, however, when one of Jack's riders winds up dead on their own turf. Will Graham is sent, as a friend, to inspect the fellow Motorcycle gangs in the area, but his life turns complicated when he meets Hannibal Lecter, the owner of the notorious, dangerous, and incredibly large gang named, "The Chesapeake Rippers". Will Will give Jack the justice he and his riders deserve, or will he fall victim to the complicated life of Hannibal and his Rippers?
